1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to services supplied by ZAM BROTHERS LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) to customers (“you”, “your”, “client”). By accepting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms together with any project-specific terms provided in writing.
2. Our Services
We provide digital services including website development, SEO, video editing, UI/UX design, graphic design and digital marketing. The precise services, deliverables and scope depend on the quotation or agreement applicable to your project.
3. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information available when prepared and may specify services, deliverables, price, timeline, payment terms, included revisions, third-party costs and other requirements. Work outside the agreed scope may be subject to an additional quotation.
4. Project Acceptance
A project begins once the client has accepted the relevant quotation or agreement and the required advance payment has been received.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard project payment structure is 10% advance at project commencement and 90% balance following completion and delivery of the agreed work.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing information, content, materials, approvals and access reasonably required to complete the project and must ensure supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. Timelines
Estimated timelines depend on project complexity, required materials, client communication and approvals. Client delays may change the estimated delivery date.
8. Revisions
The number and type of revisions included in a project will be specified in the relevant quotation where applicable. Requests that substantially change the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
9. SEO Services
SEO is an ongoing process and results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue, conversion rates or search positions.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, software, hosting providers, APIs, stock libraries or other services. Third-party services may have their own terms, pricing and availability.
11. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep confidential business information provided for performing services. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently obtained or required to be disclosed by law.
12. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination
Cancellation, suspension and termination are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any project-specific agreement. We may suspend work where payment is overdue, required information is missing, a project is materially delayed by the client or continuing the work would require unlawful activity.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights applicable to the client.
